Steve is our Chef with over 25 years’ experience in top hotels like Gleneagles & The Intercontinental Park Lane. He cooks all his food from fresh ingredients in a simple British way with excellent flavours and good size portions he Specialises in fresh fish & desserts.
We use Local Suppliers for our free range eggs, our fresh fish comes in daily from S&J Sea foods & fresh Exmore meat comes from Ivan Clarks.
