No 6 St James Restaurant & Bar is a family run dining experience offering locally sourced, organic and Fairtrade produce in Ilfracombe, North Devon- on the door-step of Exmoor.  We are easily accessible from Woolacombe, Combe Martin, Braunton and Barnstaple.

Situated near the bustling harbour, No6 offers a range of home-cooked, “fresh of the day” meals, catering for all tastes and dietary requirements (please advise on booking).  Many of the menu items are handmade by our Head Chef.

We also have an exciting selection of Fairtrade, organic and vegetarian wines, beers and non-alcoholic hot and cold beverages.

Adam our Head Chef uses his skills and experience from working with Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall and the River Cottage team to provide you with exciting dishes of a high standard. 

Our interior dining area is eclectic and provides an intimate atmosphere where you can relax on the comfy leather sofas and enjoy pre-dinner drinks (and complimentary canapes).

You are welcome to just call in for drinks - any time we are open.

On warm,  sunny days and evenings you can dine al fresco in our beautiful, Italian style courtyard garden, surrounded by bamboos and grasses and watch the world go by.
